Sun Terrace
The open plan living area gives access to a large south facing sun terrace which is approximately 29 ft. long and ideal for sunbathing in private. There are two easily movable and adjustable sun beds and two large sun shades. Tables and chairs are provided for alfresco dining on the sun terrace together with a built in barbecue. New for the 2010 season a large restaurant size sun shade provides welcome protection from the summer sun.
The Mina Sun Terrace provides spectacular uninterrupted panoramic views of Kalkan and Kalkan bay.

Bed linen and towels are provided and changed twice a week.
Sun loungers and sun shades are provided on the Mina private sun terrace and around the pool areas for use of guests.

There is 24 hour on site reception security and maid facilities.
The power supply in Turkey is prone to periodic interruption however the Emir apartments benefit from a full function generator to run the air-conditioning, power and lighting.
The Mina apartment is superbly located only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Kalkan with its many excellent roof top restaurants and high quality shops.
There is no need for a taxi as its an easy walk to the harbour.
