There are a number of beach clubs in Kalkan where you can relax, enjoy a cool refreshing drink and swim in the warm crystal clear sea from the clubs' 'beach' platforms.

There are many and varied water sports available in Kalkan including:
Windsurfing, Water-skiing, Ringos/Donuts, Parasailing, Jet-skiing, Sea Canoeing, Pedaloes, Scuba Diving.
Scuba Diving & Try Dives
Kalkan has many excellent dive companies offering full day trips, 'try dives' and PADI open water courses for those looking to establish themselves as a certified diver.
Horse Riding
The beautiful open 18 km beach at Patara provides excellent horse riding facilities
Canoeing
An exciting day of sun, fun, nature and canoing along the beautiful Xantos River. No canoeing experience required to share an exhilarating day in Patara national park as your experienced guides show you one of the most unspoilt places in the area.
Paragliding
Thrill-seekers are sure to find this one of the greatest possible adrenalin rushes. Take off on top of the mountains enjoy the view of Greek Island Meis, land on the harbour in Kalkan.

This is a great way to see the sunken city of Kekova and experience sea kayaking.
The Lycian Way
Linking Fethyie with Antalya the Lycian Way is listed as one of the Sunday Times "World's Ten Best Walks" and passes through Kalkan on route to Kas.
Kekova
The sunken City at Kekova, which was devastated by a series of earthquakes, provides an opportunity to see from glass bottom boats, the remains of a previous civilisation.
Myra & Church of St Nicolas
A popular destination with visitors is Demre (Kale) where the famous rock tombs of Myra are to be found as well as the early medieval domed Basilica of St Nicholas.

Kalkan Boat Trip

Saklikent, Tlos & Yakapark
A wonderful way to escape the summer heat of the coast, this tour takes you into the Taurus mountain range with its fresh springs cascading to the plain below. Take your swimming costume and sandals.
Fethiye Market & Harbour
Visit the market and harbour in Fethiye where they build the gullets you see cruising the coast and islands.
Kayaköy
Approximately 15 minutes from Fethiye is the Ghost village, Kayakoy. After the inhabitants left the village in 1922 to return to Greek soil, the houses, numbering about 3,500, were left empty and deserted. This event is documented in Louis de Bernier's 'Birds Without Wings'

Visit the Turkish bath at the Asfiya Hotel or make the trip to Fethiye and cleanse your body.

Ski in the morning and swim in the Mediterranean in the afternoon.
The new Eren Mountain Skiing Centre at Seki is only an hour and a half away.
